Septic work done by people who live here

Bear Flow is a licensed septic and wastewater company based in Conroe, Texas. Our own trucks, our own crews, and a phone line answered by a person at any hour. No call centers, no subcontracted equipment showing up in your driveway.

Why Bear Flow exists

Most people never think about their septic system until the day it stops working. By then the options are narrow and expensive, and the industry has a long history of taking advantage of exactly that moment.

We built Bear Flow around the opposite approach. Tell the customer what is actually happening in the tank. Show them the photos. Quote the price before the equipment runs, not after. Recommend the smaller job when the smaller job is the right one.

We pump, clean, jet and install systems across Montgomery County, from Conroe out to Magnolia and Splendora. Most of that work arrives through repeat customers and the neighbors they send, which is the only marketing that carries any weight in this trade.

The one thing we will not do: sell you equipment you do not need. If your tank is fine, we will tell you it is fine and charge you for the inspection, not a replacement.

What we actually own

A lot of septic companies are dispatch operations that broker your job to whoever has a free truck. That is how you end up with an unmarked vehicle, a crew that has never seen your property, and nobody to call when something goes wrong two weeks later.

Bear Flow runs its own vacuum trucks and service vehicles. The technician who pumps your tank is a Bear Flow employee, dispatched from our own yard in Conroe. If something is wrong two weeks later, you call the same number and reach the same company that did the work.

Licensed, insured and compliant

On-site sewage facilities in Texas are regulated by the TCEQ and administered at the county level. That framework exists for a reason: an improperly installed or serviced system contaminates groundwater that entire neighborhoods draw from.

  • Licensed for on-site sewage facility work in Texas, current and verifiable.
  • General liability insurance in force, with the certificate available on request.
  • All waste hauled to permitted Texas disposal facilities, with manifests on file.
  • Aerobic system maintenance reports filed with the county on schedule.

Ask any septic company for their license number and insurance certificate before they touch your property. If they hesitate, that is your answer.

Where we work

We run regular routes through Montgomery, Willis, The Woodlands, Spring, Magnolia, Tomball and ten other communities, and we travel further for installations and commercial contracts. How we work

Four things we do on every job

Not a mission statement. These are operating rules, and you can hold us to all four.

A person answers

Any hour, any day. Not a voicemail box, not an overseas answering service reading a script. Someone who can tell you whether it needs a truck tonight.

The price comes first

A range on the phone, a firm number on site before any equipment runs. If the job turns out to be different, we stop and tell you before continuing.

You see what we see

Photos of the tank interior, the baffles, the sludge measurements. You should never have to take a contractor's word for what is underground.

One visit, one crew

We carry the tooling to finish the job rather than scheduling a return trip for something we could have handled the first time.
